VLP do not refund money for tour bookings that has been successfully completed, except there is a default on the part of the company to deliver on its contractual obligation of providing the booked tour services. In the event that VLP default in providing contracted tour service(s), to its customer on the due date, and circumstances beyond the company’s power makes it impossible or impractical to reschedule the tour, amount paid for such tour will be fully refund to the customer.

For reason(s) beyond the control of the customer, he/she may not be able to participate in the tour(s) paid for. In such situations, the customer may want to reschedule his/her tour, provided that a 72-hour advance notice is given. Customer will not be able to reschedule tour(s) for more than one time. Where tour(s) is rescheduled, the customer will be charged for inconvenience fee of no more 5% of the amount paid for such tours initially.
